RLabs Namibia

RLabs (‘Reconstructed Living Lab’) Namibia is currently being hosted within NBII. RLabs is all about empowering youth to make a difference in the lives of others and to provide community-driven innovative solutions to address a variety of complex problems.

Providing practical and innovative training free-of-charge for young people is at the heart RLabs While the concept originated in South Africa in 2008, it is now operating in 22 other countries, including Namibia since 2012.

In addition to the training courses below, RLabs Namibia is currently also in the process of developing Namibia’s first Crowdfunding platform (‘NamStarter’) and is working on a job-matching system for unemployed youth who went through RLabs training programmes (‘RLabs CONNECT’).
